Hello all,

I've been trying to get my Dlink (&3com) card w/ Marvell Yukon to come up on
1000fdx on my netgear gige switch. I downloaded the skge driver, and installed
the device strings. The driver will come up if I force it to 100fdx, but will
not work with autoneg on or if I try to force it 1000fdx.

The switch and cables work perfectly with 2 other gige cards (windoze, linux),
so that is not the likely problem.

I've installed the skgesol_x64v8.12.1.3 driver, as the 32 bit card syskonnect
driver only has 32 bit drivers.

My output from port props (i turned off autoneg, otherwise it doesn't work)

-bash-3.00# ndd -get /dev/skge port_props
Port: A
Link Status: Up
Link Speed: 100 Mbps
Jumbo Frames: No
VLAN: No
RX Ring Size: 128
TX Ring Size: 128
RLMT Mode: CLS
Autonegotiation: No
Duplex Mode: Full
Flow Control: None

Scanpci :

pci bus 0x0004 cardnum 0x07 function 0x00: vendor 0x1186 device 0x4c00
D-Link System Inc Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

Any thoughts?? Or is there a reliable enet card I can get w/ GigE (PCI). This
is brutal, and being an ex-Sun employee of many years I remember why x86 was a
PITA.
