Everybody who reads the related parts in the CDDL vs. GPL will see that there
is only a minor difference in wording while the intention is the same.
It this contruted difference is all that the FSF did find, we may happily claim
that the FSF likes the CDDL and fights against it because it is better than
the GPL.

This is pure FUD not covered by CDDL or GPL. There are other wrong claims
in the FSF GPL FAQ related to the GPL. It seems that we need a neutral
GPL FAQ too.

Given the fact that Debian and other "god wariors" base their FUD against the 
CDDL on the FUD of the FSF, I hope that Simon Phipps now understands why Sun 
needs to do  something on this network on distrust.
