If I remember correctly, this "licenses compared" webpage has been up at the FSF for at least a year if not longer. Someone deeply masochistic may want to dig through old slashdot flamewars to find out when it was first mentioned ...
Hence, I'd go for "... more FUD that no one responds to". We all know that not all is well between GPL advocates and { people who don't consider the GPL the best thing since sliced bread }. And as said, the above page has been up for a very long time, this isn't news.
Given all the nails in our coffin so far, it'll turn into a block of solid metal soon that will preserve the corpse inside forever. Yeah, the dream of the pharaos come true :)
