The question is: What can SUN do to put things straight? Because it desperately needs to get things straight. In terms of OSS not SUN is the authority, butr the FSF is. If that authority advises you not to use the CDDL, you simply won't touch it. Therefore it's necessary that SUN talks to the FSF.
