Thanks to really great work by Alan Hargreaves it is now possible to get a
non-debug build in fairly direct and short order.
I re-wrote his blog directives in my own step-by-step manner and I am asking
that anyone with time have a look and let me know if its clear, easy to
ready and helpful.
