No.

Solaris 10 is unrelated to Solaris Express.  Solaris 10 is the release
prior to Open Solaris.

Solaris Express is Sun's distribution of the current Open Solaris
tree.  There are other distributions available (Nexenta, Belenix,
Schillix).

There are two versions of Solaris Express (SX).  Regular SX is
intended for most users and is the one for which you can buy a support
contract.  SX-CR is a build-of-the-moment intended specifically for
those who are doing their own Open Solaris builds.

You must be running Solaris to build Solaris.  We don't have a cross-
compilation environment yet.
