Please come over to the security-discuss alias and discuss the auditd
plugin for snmp there.
This is very interesting to us. The auditd plugin interfaces are
currently private so you will need some help writing this (locking
issues in particular are one of the main reasons it is still private).
The way I'd like to see this done is that a plugin to auditd would call
SNMP APIs that your net-snmp project exports.
