learning curse. It will It will also optimized for some typical usage model
so that it will be easy for user to observe and change the pci registers.
It will also interest user in the cmdline tool in case they want to write
some script to tweak the hardware.

this idea gets a "+1" from me. I'm firmly of the belief that a good
knowledge of the underlying hardware is essential if one wants
to make improvements to the OS, let alone applications.
