Finally skipped nge0, but it took a lot longer than I normally expect. I also realized that the other timers didn't seem to be running normal speed.
However, I'm now into the installation and most everything seems to be defined correctly. It's actually installing, and I hope I didn't screw up and choose the wrong partition (the disk was partitioned into two equally sized partitions and there were Windows filesystems on both, although one was completely empty).
