The Blastwave DVD process has been taken over by an outside distribution company. I won't get into the details but one of the conditions was that they could not and would not sell off or redistribute the DVD customer list at all. Period. It took some haggling but I managed to ensure that the DVD people are protected and that the first major shipment will be to everyone on that list going back at least a year. Its been a long messy process and I have had to kick out a number of refunds to people just to move forwards.
