"Sun independent" does not mean i don't like Sun or any other corporation. I like Sun very much :) for what i need linux cross compiling i mentioned earlier. >I honestly believe that that is an extremely dangerous positoin to take I agree with points from this paper. Can any person (not form sun) understand and hack ZFS soruce, verify data integrity proofs, without technical/design white papers that (may be) exist within Sun kernel team? nobody.
