Sorry, I miss its header file. However, I think that this driver isn't a
best solution based on the following reasons:
1. it depend on the specific devices, and we must write new driver in
usb layer;
2. for pppoa service, we can't still support it in solaris.

The more solution is:
1. use the current usb driver;
2. write an upper driver to support pppoa, which can deal with aal5
packets coming from usb drivers;
3. an easy configure tools to help customers to set the dialing
connection.
