You've always been able to do Live Update, but assuming you mean using
the update manager to install patches, then it will only work for
unbundled products, like the Sun Studio compilers, and not for the
portions of the OS, since patches aren't made for those in development
builds. (To do so, we'd have to build a different set of patches
against every build, and with 55 builds so far, you can imagine how much
work that would take, for very little benefit in return.)
