LDAP support was only JE> experimental (if that) in 2.0.x. In 2.2.0, LDAP is fully supported. I'll try tomorrow with 2.2.4 (already compiled it). However, after quick glance at documentation, it looks like combination webdav + authtype digest + ldap is not supported.
