OOPS.

My bad. I realized in miniroot that in the /etc/default/nfs file I changed the
NFS_SERVER_VERSMAX instead of the NFS_CLIENT_VERSMAX to 3....

Sorry for about that. It's WORKING!!!

Thanks everyone!!

NOW:

I have a request for the SUN team, to make jumpstart more flexible and better
1) add ability to add nfs version level in the mount args to the kernel command
in the menu.lst
OR...
2) add ability to pull down dvd mounted images off the web server instead of
having to use NFS as a must; if the config files for the jumpstart can be
pulled off the url http, why not the images????
That would have obviated need for any nfs, etc.

If I wanted to suggest that to SUN/Solaris, where would I request/post that??

Given the large number of linux users who want to cross over like this, I think
it wouldn't be such a bad thing to make the linux 2.6 to solaris 10+ transition
smoother still.

Thanks again everyone.
