See my previous mail about the Urheberrecht..... ... we do not need a dual licensed OpenSolaris. What we need is a clear statement from Sun that Sun does not see any problem if Linux people would e.g. take ZFS and port it to Linux. Let us wait and see that then happens. I am sure that just the way of doing FUD against OpenSolaris from some people would become different.
