I have exact same specs in my new Dell Optiplex and Belenix booted up fine for me and everything worked except network and audio. With a little tinkering those could have _maybe_ worked too but I only played in livecd mode. One day I will have time to put Belenix on my USB device and see if I can get audio working with Opensound. I didn't try Solaris Express but imagine those would boot up fine as well on this hardware since Belenix is currently based on an older Opensolaris release than SX's.
