Unfortunately, no.

100MB/s is the bus speed, not the drive speed. If you are getting ~50MB/s out 
of 7200RPM drives, you're doing good, real good.

Just to give you something to compare against, older fiber channel 10000RPM 
drives will do ~36MB/s with UFS on them. Of course, that's not a very 
scientific method and it's very close to comparing apples and oranges, but it 
should still carry the message over.
