Yeah - weird. More weird because the code has ifdefs for big-endianness and sun4v in it; despite the source being tied to that architecture. I guess it must have been planned as a common driver and yanked into sun4v at the last moment to reduce testing overhead; or maybe the board simply didn't work in x86 boxes. (I've seen PCIe boards that work in PCs and not a T1000 before, so I'm prepared to believe the opposite can be true).
