well my install failed just froze after installing 100mb I am trying again...I 
am at the "default locale" page and after selecting north america I come to a 
screen which has posix c at the top along with a number of choices below 3 of 
which are USA...sadly I am not sure what this means or which one to select...I 
am in nyc...boy I feel like a noob...sorry...
