It I'd call this an improper example... Sun running SXCE on a main server is very much "eating their own dog food", and I'd even call it critical to Solaris' future. When things go wrong, they have the resources at their fingertips to make it right... not just for Sun but for everyone. Your average user doesn't have that (again, if they had to ask...)
