Yes, with the proper cable you can. I'm not sure what I would need and/or if there is a cable in the room already, at the podium. There could be a line-in on the front of the mixer unit, or whatever it is, in the stack. Also, some laptops (i.e., Sonys as I recall) don't seem to work with all devices on the mixer for some reason.
