from s10u4 and nevada build 56, we integrated a new im switcher of iiimf. For JDS, if iiim daemons are started (in any UTF-8 locale, iiim daemons are automatically started), the im switcher (iiim-panel) would be launched by default. For CDE, iiim-panel would not be started by default, you need launch iiim-properties, and change the "status placement" option in the "General" tab to "IM Switcher Application".
