This kind of nonsense was what I did see after I did
publish Schillix,
the first OpenSolaris based distro. These people are

Is it really nonsense? If you build a product for a user, and the user doesn't
like it, is it their fault or yours?
If you can't beat them (in this case, convert them to the old bash convention), you should join them and reap the rewards. Otherwise you will remain the outsider (less market share).
I don't think Sun wants Solaris to be the outsider anymore :)
