I don't know how many marketers are busy with the install-time
questions, but as for developers, we don't like those questions
because they slow down the install, represent an arbitrary subset of
things that you can (and should) configure in your system, and just
look like bad design.

To the extent that we can, changing them to options to set later looks
like a good thing to me, and I'm not in marketing.
