In previous versions of solaris it was possible to use the -p switch to
recreate a path_to_inst file which was handy for moving a boot image from one
machine to another. I've been trying this with Solaris 10 Update 3 and it no
longer seems to work.

The -p switch is recognized and there is no error it is just that no
path_to_inst is created.

Is it still possible to create a path_to_inst short of doing "boot -a"?

Thanks,
Vic Engle
