Only for the full Developer Express graphical install. If you choose the
non-Developer Express / non-graphical install, it requires much less RAM
(256 Mb I believe).
Express Intel(R) 82 945G Express Chipset Family
From the X side, Intel 945 graphics is only supported in Solaris versions
with Xorg 7.2, which right now is Solaris Express/Nevada build 58 and later,
and the next Solaris 10 update release (Update 4), currently in development.
To get full support, you may also need an updated agpgart driver for i945.
i945 support was added to agpgart in Nevada build 55, with i945GM coming soon.
I don't know when that support will be backported to Solaris 10.
