I have been trying to use pfil/IPfilter to intercept packets in solaris but
couldn't do so successfully. I am basically trying to develop something like a
NAT-PT to intercept ip v4 packets and translate them to v6 and reinject them to
the network and vice versa. I know there's some work related to this [ netinfo
] that Darren's team is working on. But is there a way to really intercept a
packet and do some modification to the packet [ preferrable ip addresses ] and
then re-inject the packet ? is there a way to do this in solaris ?
I have been searching through many documents, sites but haven't been able to
find a way to get this done in solaris. Any help / pointers would be greatly
appreciated.

Lenin,
Not sure if this has been answered before, but I have setup a firewall
using ipfilter and it wasn't that hard, I followed the document in
/usr/share/ipfilter/examples/firewall.
There's a document there, /usr/share/ipfilter/examples/nat-setup, did you
take a look at that?
