The OpenSolaris Developer's Reference Guide has never been on docs.sun.com, but that book is the only exception (so far) because it was written just for OpenSolaris and is published on the Nevada community for OpenSolaris. All the other books you will find in PDF on docs.sun.com, you just have to navigate to the Solaris Express node, then to top of each book to find the download option on right.
