I am not sure how current qlc FCode presents the list of available LUNs,
but in any case judging from how you HBA appears in your OBP device
tree it seems like you have a card with PC bios on it. In this case
there would be no chance in the world you'll be able to talk to the card
from OBP. You may want to flash your card with the latest FCode code.
