If you can't find a copy of Interactive Unix or Solaris 2.x x86 from your local
SUN ISV or VAR in there library of old inventory, then Check -t vfstype in the
Linux mount.8 man page, you might need to go to a older kernel distribution as
well. 2.1 or 1.x

I have Solaris 2.5.1 for x86 here but I don't know how that will help.
There may be a binary in there that supports the old UNIX format ..
or not.

There have been major changes wth 2.6 (Large file support) and wth Solaris 10
in the VFS interface. YOu would need to _install_ and use 2.5.2

2.5.1 there is no such thing as 2.5.2
