Unfortunately, since these are all from work, all the cases I've seen contain proprietary info that can't be shared. So I'd need to spend time trying to debug why it fails and then create a fake testcase, which I've never had time for. I'm sure that some people at Sun could find some examples though, but even there, most MS-generated files are likely to be external.
The other problem, for layered slides in PPT, is that I personally never use the feature and therefore don't know how to create such slides myself, only that other people's slides don't display correctly.
