Allowing the project to exist doesn't mean you have to use it, or that
you can't propose your own alternative.    Since the early details sound
like it will be focused around another distro, you can just ignore that
distro and use SX, Nexenta, Martux, Schillix, or Belenix instead.

From the OGB standpoint, I'd expect the project proposal to go through the
same process as all others (which in the new process is mostly convincing
one of the existing communities this project is sufficiently deserving of
a small bit of opensolaris.org resources).
