If he creates any packages that deliver a payload in /usr, they won't be able 
to be installed in sparse zones, since they're mounted -F lofs -o ro from the 
global zone.

Besides, the System V standard specifies /opt/ for 3rd party and unbundled 
applications, so it would be against the standard.

Some of the packages I made make use of the incompatible flag in the depend
