If you really truly want a community, your proposal is missing
several required components:

1) A name that does not include any trademarks "owned by any entity
   outside the OpenSolaris Community" (such as "System Z")
2) Three existing OpenSolaris Core Contributors who are nominating
   the community.
3) Three existing OpenSolaris participants (anyone registered on
   the site basically) who will be the Core Contributors of the
   new community.
