I dunno what happens with this interface when mercurial is the base SCM,
and we're no longer moving things to deleted_files. The repo certainly
keeps the history around, so there's a way to access it, but I don't know
what that is. If we had mercurial running its web service thingie, that
might get us there, but I guess that the cvs presentation / opengrok will
need to be modified.
