Is there a correlation between non-freeloader (actual or probable contributor or paying customer) and shell of preference? I doubt it. In fact, I suspect preferences are more evenly distributed among non-freeloaders than among "every day users", because I suspect they're likely to have tried more than one. > If you feel you are too professional for using bash, > then it's certainly no problem for you to choose > another shell of your choice. If you're professional enough to make an informed choice, then it's certainly no problem for you to choose /usr/bin/bash rather than accepting /usr/bin/sh (or /sbin/sh for root) as the default.
