I'm curious by what you mean 'joining' OpenSolaris. Not to spoil your
fun, but Emulex beat you to the mark by announcing they would contribute
their LightPulse drivers to OpenSolaris several weeks ago. The
whitepaper you alluded to is pure marketing fluff and has little place
relevance with regard to OpenSolaris.
