I am glad to announce that Sun Device Detection Tool 1.2 was released on Aug.
01, 2007.

The main features implemented in Sun Device Detection Tool 1.2 are:
1. Implement Report to Work submission to HCL (This feature is available on
official release of
Solaris 10 and updates, SXDE and Solaris Express on x86 platform)
2. Implement the http transmission of the RTW report.
You are encouraged to try the RTW submission on officially released Solaris OS and updates.
HCL auditing team in Beijing are ready to receive your inputs/submissions and we will list your
machines onto Sun's HCL <http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/hcl>(Hardware Comptable
List) after auditing.
