   /dev/dsk/c2t0d0p0 refers to the full device and not something to be
   mounted. Run  fdisk /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0p0
   Does it list any partitions ?
   If yes then try
   mount -F pcfs /dev/dsk/c2t0d0p<partition num> /mnt/USBmemoryStick
