I'd beg to differ - this is an 'open discussion' - that it, its a wild
orgy and you can either sit on the side lines or jump and have some fun;
no one is forcing you to read let alone answer these queries.

The reason why I suggest paid support is I'd assume this is an
organisation with dollars to spend - expecting a community to provide
the kind of support a large organisation would need is completely
unreasonable.
