I might not be able to, but I should be able to mount ANY filesystem that the
OS supports from ANY type of either removable or non-removable media.

There should be no artifical limitations on which type of a filesystem I am
able to mount from a USB stick, a CF card, or magneto-optical media.

And there should definitely be no assumptions that magneto-optical or optical
media can only have UDFS, or some form of ISO-9660 just because these are the
most common formats found on optical media today.

If I for example burn a UFS or NTFS image on a DVD+/-RW, I should be able to
mount that removable media without any fuss, if the operating system supports
reading from those filesystems. Same goes for USB drives, memory sticks,
CompactFlash cards, or any other storage medium.
