I'm currently using a:

...or Asus P5K and the only thing that doesn't currently work is the 
onboard gigabit LAN (1 x Attansic L1 Gigabit Ethernet) so I've stacked 
an elder RealTek 8139 into it.

This board will run LGA 775 CPUs including the new Core 2 Quad Cores 
65mm or 45mm (when they come out).

It runs quite well although when doing high IO such as making boot 
environments for Live Upgrade or making Solaris Zones, the UI can lag a 
little to a lot [even with a nice nice value].
