I believed putting *that* java word in any & every place was thing of the past. I remember well the problems we(as a customer) had because of the cluster software being hidden within the Java Availability Suite (Oxymoron?). Now the investors will have tough time searching for sun's stock. Not all stake holders are keen to play treasure hunt ! Or is it that fool's day is celebrated on a different date. The blog comments say it all...The dislike about the move is *huge*. All the branding that has happened since opening up will be undone with one masterful stroke. When the user group meeting happens this saturday, I will ask for a 1minute silence to mourn the sad day. ~Shiv ps: Oh, and it is not about just the ticker change. Going through the blog makes it quite obvious how branding is likely to happen.
