Some users may not have any issues at all, others will. Some people would be more upset that the next build wasn't released or was significantly delayed. The best thing to do in these cases is to stick with the build you have or wait for the next one. Ubuntu, RedHat, Microsoft, etc. all make "testing" releases of software with significant known issues.
