SXDE will be build 70b until the next SXDE release (tentatively
scheduled for January).
b74 isn't even built yet, so expecting it to be released already via
the SXDE program, which does over a month of additional testing
before release, and only releases once every 3-4 months, doesn't
make sense.
b74 should be out via SXCE (the less tested, faster moving biweekly
releases) in a couple of weeks. (The integration deadline for it
is today, so the install images get built over the next couple of
days.)
