All of the tools you need are already installed if you installed the Developer Edition. Just add /usr/ccs/bin and /opt/SUNWspro/bin to your PATH. Be aware, however, that the version of Sun Studio that comes with the Developer Edition is not intended for use with compiling the ON consolidation.
