Yep, that's a known bug warned about in the release announcement that
should be fixed in b76.

That's not a bug, but simply the design - the old installer was not updated
to add the developer tools - all work on updating the installer is going
into the new one.

The new installer does a much better job of disk space allocation
than the old one does - with the old one, you often need to let it
make suggestions then manually override to add more disk space as
needed.
