I'd recommend visiting the storage community: http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/storage/ You should post your questions on a more appropriate list, if possible. Not everyone involved with storage hangs out on this general interest list. > Are Solaris 11 and SXDE mean the same product? There's no such thing as "Solaris 11" yet, so the answer to your question is probably a qualified "yes." SXDE is one distribution based on OpenSolaris Nevada, which is the version under development now and which derived from the closed-source Solaris 10. There are other distributions that are also based on OpenSolaris. > Where can I find new feature list in Solaris 11 comparing with Solaris 10? S11 hasn't been created yet, and the content is currently unknown. You can find more detailed information about the deliveries that make up SXDE here: http://dlc.sun.com/osol/ and overview information here: http://developers.sun.com/sxde/ But I don't know of a "simple" summary list. -- James Carlson, Solaris Networking <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sun Microsystems / 35 Network Drive 71.232W Vox +1 781 442 2084 MS UBUR02-212 / Burlington MA 01803-2757 42.496N Fax +1 781 442 1677 _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list [email protected]
