Hi, I have got a sony vaio fz27g notebook (I am using solarisXCE b75 on it )with intel 945 chipset WLAN card that uses wpi driver.
I set up a ad-hoc network on a windows desktop so that I can share the Internet connection. But the ad-hoc network was not even detected . ( I tried wificonfig and dladm both). Is there any special procedure to detect ad-hoc networks? does wpi support ad-hoc?
